The majority of sessions in Aberdare are as normal, there are no sessions in Neath for 3 weeks

we are also cutting back an hour in Glynneath on Tues & Fridays

ANNOUNCING A PARTNERSHIP WITH ABERDARE SWIMMING POOL.

Masters Swimming session at Glynneath Pool at 7pm until 8pm Thursdays.

The session is for swimmers aged 16 & over and for all abilities whether it is to improve fitness, stroke technique or as a triathlete.

The cost of the session is £2.50.

WALES NATIONAL POOL SWANSEA

These sessions are only available to swimmers selected by the Team Manager or Head Coach.

The sessions cost £16 per month which should be paid for at the start of each month.
